For this Michelin Starred restaurant, we want to create a relaxed dining room atmosphere, with a nod to the modern European bistro food served from the kitchen. We had the kitchen wall knocked out and opened up, adding a large island counter in the centre for the chefs to work around, bringing them into the space, so guest could see them cook and serve plates. Long bar counters split the restaurant space from the kitchen, topped with Arabescarto Marble with vintage bar stools lining the front. We clad the space with Tongue and Groove Panelling to soften and domesticate the space. We had olive green lino tables made, with brass edges from the parisian factory making the ones for restaurants there. Leroy won a Michelin Star in 2019
